The Help Desk is responsible for configuration management, updating procedures and guidelines, and providing assistance to new and lesser experienced personnel. The Help Desk Manager will give turnover to a government lead and will be responsible to work with the Government or designated lead, keeping them informed on all phases of monitoring and Help Desk operations.
· Experience managing others.
